Miss Paula, I just want to let you know that you are great. People need to back off the negitive stuff they are saying about you. What great chef doesn"t cook rich food. If you go by per serving, Your recipes are no worse than any other. If you find a recipe that isn"t for you and to rich. God gave people a brain for a reason. Just don"t make it.!! Keep up what you do. You are loved. I pray that your medical problems are "incheck" Ignore ignorant people and keep smiling Love ya

I made this dip following this recipe. I then watched Paula make this dip and she added a cup of sour cream which was not an ingredient listed on this recipe. I loved the dip, but, it was dry and had to add milk when I reheated. Now I understand why, I added no sour cream. Please update this recipe with the inclusion of the sour cream.

Hi Paula! I made your Pear Crisp a week ago and it was sooooooooooooooooooo good! What my husband really liked about it was that it wasn't too sweet. I brought some to work and shared with my co-workers and I told them it was super good because it was "Paula Deen's" recipe. Thank you for all your wonderful recipes. I love watching you on t.v., and your my kind of gal. Lovingly, Charlene Pollard Vallejo, California

I made this for a party and had some left. I used the remaining in a chicken dish sauteed in white wine. My husband loved it and thought I should keep the recipe. I created the dish using Paula's Three cheese dip. Thanks Paula
