Paula, You are one of the best creators in the food industry I have ever seen. I am a chef myself, I cater and I am hoping and praying that one day I will be able to open my own restaurant. I have tried some of your recipes and they are absolutely fabulous. I just want to say thank you for who you are and the part that you play in our lives. We love you and appreciate you. Lin

Such a simple & delicious recipe! I made one with pears & the other with tart apples and the kids loved them. I halved the topping amount. I served them topped with vanilla ice cream. A lovely finish to the day.

This recipe was amazingly delicious!! As suggested, I halved the topping recipe and it was more than enough. I wonder if the printed recipe is mistaken? I also replaced the brown sugar with Splenda Brown Sugar blend to cut back on calories a bit. The flavors in this were just perfect and the topping just perfectly crispy. I imagine it would work well with just about any fresh fruit or even frozen cherries. I served it with light vanilla ice cream.

this is delish but took the suggestion of some of the other reviews and cut the topping ingredients in half and it turned out perfect.
