1/3 cup crushed crackers (recommended: Ritz)
3 green onions (green and white parts), finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

I just wanted you to know, i loved your show, and if i had said what you said, nothing would have been done. People make mistake, but you didn't say it malisously. And truth be told, i bet anyone of the sponsors that dropped you have said the "N" word. I will always follow you! Oh, by the way, i love the Bake speghetti. So So Good!

My first attempt to make crab cakes - used this recipe and they were delicious! Actually omitted the fresh green onion and used just a sprinkling of minced dried onion and onion salt to add the oniony flavor...very good! Fresh lump crab is essential.
