Ingredients Add to grocery list

2 cups light vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
2 teaspoons sugar-free vanilla syrup
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

Combine the ice cream, milk, half-and-half, syrup, and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Hi Paula love you seen you on doctor oz show your fantastic, wish I could affor your cook books make over versions as I watch what I eat and wha to feed my family. Love your emails with recipes as I copy them and put them in my own Paula and sons recipes booklet. Soo keep up the great work. And cooking you do to make sure these recipes are healthy for all f us . Tar care a Canadian love do Paula and sons recipes. Like I said I wish I could afford your books but cannot . Too expensive for us here in canada. Say hi to your sons too seen one on dr. Oz also great recipes. I will keeprinign theme out to put in my booklet as long as you have them online. I love watching your mom with you guys. Thank you for making lighter changes to your moms recipes. I have made a few of her recipes & they all turned out great, but I need some lighter versions thanks

Love the shake, I make one and use fat free chocolate frozen yogurt instead of the ice cream and add the hazelnut favored splenda.
